How to export Shopify products for a Google Merchant Center audit

What to export

• Export all products if the issue affects the whole catalog.
• Export selected products if only a small set is affected.
• Include variants because many feed issues are variant-level, not parent-product-level.
• Keep the original CSV unchanged as your backup.
• Do not paste passwords, API keys, customer data, or private account information into the file.

What we look for

A feed audit looks at product titles, descriptions, handles, vendor or brand data, variant SKU, variant barcode, price, image URL, product category, Google product category, MPN, condition, and repeated row patterns.

What to include with the CSV

• Your public store URL.
• Merchant Center diagnostic screenshots or export.
• Examples of affected product URLs.
• The feed app name.
• A short note on whether products are disapproved, missing, pending, limited, or not syncing.
